Return & Exchange

Our products come with a one-year warranty on all LED orders placed after 2023. Please feel free to email us at service@aaiwaauto.com if you encounter any issues. Replacement will be provided free of charge for any quality issues on our end and will be shipped out after confirmation. Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for replacements if the order is over 1 months old after delivery. Upon receiving the package, please check the product and its accessories promptly if you need to request a return. Additionally, please note that any part showing signs of use or improper handling, packaging, or return shipping by the customer, as determined by us, will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. Keep in mind that parcels cannot be returned if they are damaged during installation. We have a stringent quality control process in place to ensure that products shipped are in perfect condition.

If you need to file for a return, please abide by the following instructions:

In case of exchange or return, items can be returned back or replaced within 30 days of receiving your item. Please make sure the package is complete. The shipping cost will pay by customer. It needs to provide the return tracking number after the parcel return back.
In case of exchange, there is 30% restocking fee will pay by customer. It needs to provide the return tracking number after the parcel return back.
In case a defective, damaged and missing parts in your parcel is discovered, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your item. Otherwise we will not be liable.
We will pay the return shipping only if the items is defective within 14 days of receiving your item.
In case a defect is discovered within the warranty period, we can replace the defective product and free shipping with postal packet, customer is liable for shipping costs for the express shipping if customers want to upgrade the shipping method.
Please provide a detailed explanation of the defect, aided by images and/or a short video clip to ease the process.
For replacements, we need the defected product returned to our warehouse before we can ship out a fresh replacement. We will respond as soon as we receive the return and verify the malfunction.
An individual component or discrete LED cannot be returned if the housing has been opened.

Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instruction etc should also be included.
It takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank to receive the money after you return an item, please contact us if you still not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.

Note: We guarantee that all of the items have been tested and make sure they works well before shipment.
If items do not work when received, please take some pictures or videos to prove the problems and contact us for a solution.
Please note that we are unable to provide any solution if customers do not send pictures or videos showing the problem, and we will take consideration to reject the return if so, we apologize for any inconvenience.
